How HY-GEN Solutions B.V. handles personal data submitted through this website.

Interim notice This is an interim summary, not the final policy. Full GDPR documentation is being drafted with legal advice before launch.

The full GDPR-compliant policy is being drafted with legal advice. The summary below reflects how the site actually behaves today, and is provided so that visitors are not left without information.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is HY-GEN Solutions B.V., office Torenallee 101, 5617 BR Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 97982466.

For any question about your personal data, contact contact@hy-gen.nl.

What this site collects

The only place this website asks for personal data is the contact form, which collects the following:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your company, if you provide it
  • The content of your message

This data is used for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing without separate consent. Submissions are delivered to contact@hy-gen.nl by FormSubmit, a form-delivery service that processes the message in order to send it.

Third parties

The homepage embeds a YouTube video, the contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts. The contact form is delivered through FormSubmit. These third-party services may receive your IP address when those resources load. No analytics or advertising trackers are used on this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@hy-gen.nl.

Still to be confirmed

The final policy will additionally specify exact retention periods, the legal basis relied on for each processing activity, and the full list of processors used. Until it is published, this page should be read as an interim summary rather than a complete policy.
